Working with VHHS
This is a workflow acknowledgement, not a replacement for a supplier agreement, an insurance check or DVA approval.
1. Profile and document review
Provide accurate business, ABN, service-area and GST details. Upload only your own relevant business documents. VHHS confirms the requirements and reviews them before approving your account. Keep time-limited documents current.
2. Accept a specific job and time
Review the service, two-hour appointment, agreed rate, GST treatment and authorised maximum hours. Accept only work you can perform. All appointment times are shown in Australia/Sydney time. Full customer details are released only to the accepted provider. Contact VHHS if you cannot attend or need a different schedule.
3. Record the work accurately
Use Start and Stop on the day, or enter the actual start, stop and unpaid breaks afterward. Do not record planned hours as completed work. Submit your timesheet for review. Additional work requires prior authorisation; the portal blocks hours above the approved limit.
4. Review and invoicing
VHHS reviews the timesheet and prepares an invoice draft from approved time and terms. A draft is not a payment promise, tax ruling or DVA claim submission. Supplier details, GST, the TRN and charges must be checked before external use. No invoice is submitted automatically.
Reminders and privacy
Email delivery is currently paused. The system prepares invitations and appointment reminders, but sends nothing while paused. Check the workspace for your schedule. Use veteran information only to deliver the accepted service; do not copy or share it for other purposes.
